All in all its beautiful hotel, we had a such great stay here. The breakfast was incredibly nice, with very, very nice stuff and a huge variety of food. The location was good, for example, a modest indoor shopping mall was not too far away from the property.

Loved the place, had a luxury stay for the price. We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Had such facilities, like a safe box, TV, and a mini fridge bar.

Booked a room with excellent beds. This was a the best and convenient location just next door to the metro. It also was on the highway or to the airpor.

the location of the hotel was comfy - a 10-15 minute walking distance from getulio vargas square. the rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained, had a shower, hairdryers and toiletries.

I was given big size room with chairs in and excellent beds and WiFi. The location was favourable, not very far from a Catholic church.

Excellent service and attention to detail. When I arrived, I had a problem with my room and the reception immediately upgraded me to a larger, cleaner room. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the coffee was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

Yes we used the company credit card which was emailed and faxed several times and still they gave us a hard time when trying to check out. This card was also used on the Bookings.com website.

The only problem is the city of Guarulhos - a festering sore on the backside of Sâo Paulo.

The spacious rooms are a godsend, and the comfortable beds ensure a good night’s sleep for all. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. Kids will love the pool, game rooms, and other activities. However, it would have been better if the shuttle bus was punctual.

very good value for money, airport shuttle service is very fast (13 minutes if there is no traffic jam), good location for an overnight stay between two flights, free wifi

Airport pick up was only every 2 hours in the afternoon, we arrived at 3.10pm at the airport and had to wait until 5pm for the next pick up.. Almost 2 hours !! I called the hotel twice and first they hung up on me as they couldnt speak english, 2nd call they said wait till 5pm
